About Caroline Watson:

Caroline Shivers Watson is a Fort Worth native with deep roots in the community she continues to call home. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Caroline spent her grade school years at Trinity Valley School, where she developed an early interest in government, law, and public service. As a senior, she had the opportunity to serve as an aide for the day in the Texas Senate, an experience that further encouraged her interest in the legal profession. Caroline went on to complete her undergraduate education before earning her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, she was actively involved in Women in Law and the International Law Review Association and participated in the university’s Oxford study abroad program. Following law school, Caroline built her career in the areas of wealth planning, trusts, estates, and probate.

Her professional experience has included private practice as well as work within the trust and wealth-management industry, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal and practical considerations families face when planning for the future or navigating the loss of a loved one. Today, Caroline practices in Fort Worth with Texas Probate Attorney, PLLC, focusing her work on helping individuals and families navigate estate planning, probate, and related matters. She is also involved in the Fort Worth legal and civic community, including organizations such as the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, and Junior League of Fort Worth. A lifelong Fort Worthian, Caroline's connection to the community extends well beyond her professional career. Her combination of local roots, legal experience, and commitment to serving families allows her to bring a personal and practical approach to her work with clients throughout Fort Worth and North Texas.
